We are currently recruiting Kitchen Assistants for our overseas centres for the 2012 season.

This role is ideal for people wanting to work in an interesting and vibrant setting, who are looking for catering experience and who want to gain skills whilst working within a unique outdoor centre. Working as part of the catering team you will assist with food preparation and the serving of food, ensuring that hygiene standards are maintained. We provide three well-balanced wholesome meals a day for between 150 and 300 guests and staff depending on which centre you are based at. You will also be required to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen facilities and take part in any other general catering duties.

Requirements:

• No qualifications required but previous experience preferable
• Hardworking, flexible & enthusiastic

All of our staff participate in a comprehensive induction & training programme at centre.

All applicants must be at least 18 yrs old, have a UK/EU passport, UK residential address, a permanent UK National Insurance number and a UK bank account. All successful applicants will be rqeuired to have a CRB enhanced disclosure.
